The subject line needs to clearly summarise the affected system and the problem - if the problem relates to something that a particular person has recently been working on then include their name in the subject line, e.g."XFA - Problem with new stock report program - Jason".


In the description clearly explain the problem - we often get too little information, "it doesn't work" is not enough for us to help you!.


If you can add a screen shot that is often very helpful - change your BPCS screen to a window (we don't need a full size screen shot) and attach that with your description of the problem. Additionally if there is an error message then move the cursor onto that message and press the F1 key - more detailed error message text is shown, add the screen print from this as well.
